The result of trying to log in to OneNote app using the work account is that I get the message shown in the my original post. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting, restarting the OS, repairing, all to no avail. Below is a screenshot of the version info. This so stupid. On the menu bar, click OneNote >Sign Out. When you have successfully signed out, click OneNote > Sign In. Close and then re-open the notebook. On the menu bar, click File > Close This Notebook.
